Frequently Asked Questions
Question 1: Why is the programme limited to 30 properties?
A. To preserve the quality of inspections, onboarding and direct access to the founding team. We will reopen
intake only after the cohort is fully stabilised.
Question 2: What if I have multiple properties?
A. Each property is counted as one slot. Owners with multiple properties receive a personalised onboarding
plan; contact us directly via WhatsApp.
Question 3: Who actually invoices me?
A. MOCRISTO SAS (France), the operator of VIP ONE during the launch phase. A compliant invoice is issued
in EUR or KES depending on your preference. A Kenyan entity will be incorporated in Q1 2027 and contracts
will migrate automatically.
question 4: Can I cancel anytime?
A. Subscriptions run on a six-month minimum commitment. After that, monthly renewal applies, cancellable with
30 days’ notice.
Question 5: Do you cover properties outside Nairobi?
A. The launch programme is restricted to Nairobi (Westlands, Kilimani, Lavington, Karen, Riverside, Lower
Kabete). Other areas are evaluated case by case.
